The Book

Markers started as a problem with how photography and writing are usually kept apart, one explaining the other, or one just decorating it. This book pairs them instead the way they actually sit together in a notebook: a photograph and a thought, imperfectly matched, not always lined up, but both true to the same year.

In Her Own Words

"Markers is for anyone who feels too much inside to put into clean words. It's a collection of think-pieces about shoes worn out by days, stray thoughts on connection, or doubts that stick around, paired with photos of life's small corners. These pages don't line up perfectly. They drift through love's leftovers, quiet worries, and a stranger's quick kindness. But this mix of words and images holds together. It shows that chaos, gathered in one place, isn't just mess. It's an identity, plain and real. Flip through, see what hits home."
