The Challenge
The old site needed a redesign, having been roughly 13 years since it was originally launched.
Evolve Dental Clinic has been treating patients in Mapusa for over a decade, but the old website didn't show it. It read as generic rather than reassuring, and gave a first-time visitor little sense of what to actually expect, from the treatments on offer to what happens during an appointment. The doctor wanted the site rebuilt from the ground up rather than patched.
The solution
We built the site around how people actually decide to see a dentist, which is by symptom, not by treatment name.
Most people arriving at a dental website don't know whether they need a crown or a root canal. They know a tooth aches, or a filling has come loose. Alongside a standard treatments page, we built a "Need Help?" section that starts from what's actually bothering someone and points them to the right care from there. A separate first-visit guide walks new patients through before, during, and after their appointment, including a note for visitors to Goa who may only be seeing the clinic once. Every piece of content and every image was sourced and written from scratch, designed in Figma and built out in Wix Studio.
